| Registration of vessels(including pleasure yachts) consists
in "provisional registration" and "permanent
registration". Provisional registration is the first step,
and provisional navigation patent and radio license are documents
required for permanent registration must be furnished to the
office of the attorneys at law "Vives
& Associates". |

| The attorneys at law "Vives &
Associates" will register the tilte of ownership
of the vessel and apply for permanent navigation patent and
radio license valid both for four(4) years, renewable for equal
periods. |

| The registration fo a ship in Panama or Belize is simple. |

| 1. Initiating Its Registration |
|
| It is initiated with its provisional registration. In order
to provide you with the cost of registration of a ship. The
applicant must fill in the cost estimate form, and click "send"
botton in order to send it to the attorneys at law. |

| 2. Provisional Registration |
|
| We can proceed its registration after getting your confirmation
for our offer with its cost. |
| The provisional patent is valid for six months, and Radio
License is for three months. |
| If the ship is registered during those periods, the ship will
be granted reglamentary documents(Navigation patent and Radio
license) valid for four years. |

Pleasure yachts will
be provided with reglamentary navigation patent and radio
license valid for two(2) years. Every two years they will
pay a sole tax consisting in US$ 1,500 and new reglamentary
documents for an additional period of two years will be
issued, and so on. If the yacht is woned by a "panamanian
corporation or company", the tax payable every two
years will be of US$ 1,000 instead of US$ 1,500. If the
owner does not wish the yacht to be in his name but under
the property of a company controlled orowned by him, we
can also provide a company incorporated in Panama or in
any other place of convenience, at a competitive price.

| 3. Permanent Registration |

| During the six months with the provisional navigation license.
It reguires a permanent registration with all necessary documents(see
the documents). |
