 CATERING FURNITURE (stainless, NSF approval) |
SAMJOO catering furnitures consist of two(2) kinds of system.
One is modular system, and the other in unmodular system.
The NSF certified catering furnitures are produced under the modular system. All of catering furnitures are
devided into NSF (National Sanitation Foundation, U.S.A) model and non-NSF model.
There are differences in thickness of stainless steel sheet, fittings and assembly method between NSF model and
Whole of construction made of stainless steel(sus304,18% Cr and 8%Ni), and the fittings also made of stainless steel
or chrome plated brass to avoid the corrosion from salty air on the sea.
All of furnitures are very modern(up dated)styles in hygiene, and have strong construction to keep the
long durability. The components and fittings are welded or bolted under the skillful workmanship to have
the high quality and to endure the ship vibration and heavy sea condition.

SAMJOO has 3(three) kinds of galley hood types in production range. One in the type without fan (HM and HC Series),
another is the type with fan (HFM and Series) and the other is the type with fire extinguish
system (XCM, XCC, XAM and XAC Series). Whole construction and fittings are made of stainless steel
(sus304,18% Cr and 8% Ni), absolutely without corrosive metals. The fire extinguish system(Co2 and Ansul)
approved by the class and concerning authorities. There are 2(two) kinds of systems in the fire
extinguish system. ANSUL system in using mechanical devices, not Co2 gas. The high efficient radial fan
without noise which was produced by Rosenberg GmbH is installed for the hood with fan type.
