Product Information	(Maximum 4000 Characters) SPC 500, 600 and 800 =================== These stationary pipe cutting machines are used in the piping and construction industry. Due to the speed and accuracy of the machines, the output of profiled pipes can increase considerably, especially when used in combination with an optional logic system. The machines are equiped with a solidly built, self centring 3-jaw chuck and can cut on both sides of the chuck. The opening and closing of the chuck is electrically operated. The machines automatically adjust themselves to every possible pipe diameter up to 510 mm (SPC 500), 610 mm ( SPC 600), and 810 mm (SPC 800). SPC 1000 and 1200 ================ As from the SPC 1000 all SPC-machines are equipped with a 5-axis computer controlled cutting system and can be equipped with a plasma or autogeneous cutting torch. The SPC 1000 and 1200 are truly multifunctional and can be used in several branches. SPC 1500 and 2000 ================ These heavy duty machines are developed to make high-performance cuts in heavy pipes with a substantial wall thickness. With a variation of 100 to 1524 mm (SPC 1500) or even 2032 mm (SPC 2000) these machines are the top of the SPC series. Due to a special software, the machines can produce special profiles which are essential for thick-walled material. RPC 600, 800 and 1220 =================== New in our product range is the robot profile cutter, which has been developed especially for shipbuilding and offshore industry. This revolutionary robot machine, which can rotate fully around the material, can be delivered for several material dimensions and shapes. Also several work preparation packages are available. RBPC 1200, 1500 and 2000 ======================= Especially to meet customers' requirements in offshore industry, HGG developed the completely new Rollerbed Pipe Cutter range, the RBPC range. For substantial diameter and wall thickness ranges up to 2.050mm (80") in diameter and 100mm (4") in wall thickness this range is the top-end of pipe profiling machines for heavy applications in the world.
